APPEAL’s work representing the Freshwater Five has been highlighted in a feature in the Guardian magazine. The piece does an excellent job of highlighting the flaws in the original case and interviews both the family members of the convicted men, and the men who have now been released from prison, unexonorated.

The case has been referred by the single judge to the full Court of Appeal for a permission hearing.
