We are trying to bring about a number of policy changes that must happen in England and Wales to help those that are wrongfully convicted. But how does this justice system stack up against that in the United States? On which side of the pond would you rather be wrongfully accused?
We partnered with the Innocence Project California to compare the two. In the process, we identified some shocking differences in how they approach miscarriages of justice, prison and compensation.
